2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. API Usage

3.1 API Access

Upon successful registration and plan purchase, you will receive API credentials to access our recharge services. These credentials are personal and non-transferable.

3.2 Usage Restrictions

• You may not share, sell, or transfer your API credentials to third parties
• You must not exceed the rate limits specified in your plan
• You must not use the API for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our Services
• You must not use the API to spam, harass, or harm others

3.3 Fair Use Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in excessive or abusive use of our Services, even if within technical limits.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Plans and Pricing

Our pricing plans are displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Current users will be notified of any price changes.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in advance
• We accept payments through Razorpay and other specified payment gateways
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
• Taxes, if applicable, will be added to the invoice

4.3 Plan Validity

Each plan has a specified validity period. Services will be suspended upon plan expiration unless renewed.

5. Service Level Agreement

5.1 Uptime Guarantee

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime.

5.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. Emergency maintenance may be performed without notice.

5.3 Transaction Processing

• Recharge transactions are processed in real-time subject to operator availability
• Transaction status will be updated within 5 minutes
• Failed transactions will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Violating any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Using the Services for fraudulent purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services
• Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or harmful code

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Robotic Recharge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
• You fail to pay for services
• We receive a legal request to do so

8.2 Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for cause. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robotic Recharge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
